Why do I need this?

If you want to create a plan item with multiple related ad formats – for example, an AdBundle consisting of Medium Rectangle, Super Banner, and Sky Scraper – you can do so in the plan item form by adding a creative combination.

This ensures a clean representation of complex ad formats and allows for accurate reporting.

Prerequisites

  • The relevant creative combination type has already been created in the reference data. If you can't find it in the menu, contact an admin or SuperUser on your team.
  • All required creatives have been set up in the reference data under Publisher > Media Carrier > Placements > AdFormats.

How it works

  1. Open the campaign plan and select an existing or new plan item.
  2. In the plan item form, go to the Placement and Ad Formats tab.
  3. Click + creative combination.
  4. Fill in the form:
    • Type – Choose from the combination types defined in the reference data.
    • Name (optional) – Free text label. If left blank, the type label will be used as the name.
    • creatives – Click the field → select the individual ad formats from the dropdown.

Note: The combination is stored directly in the plan item and can be edited or removed if needed.

Result

The combination will be shown as a single unit – in the plan, in proposals, and in reporting.
