Why do I need this?
If you want to create a plan item with multiple related ad formats – for example, an AdBundle consisting of Medium Rectangle, Super Banner, and Sky Scraper – you can do so in the plan item form by adding a creative combination.
This ensures a clean representation of complex ad formats and allows for accurate reporting.
Prerequisites
- The relevant creative combination type has already been created in the reference data. If you can't find it in the menu, contact an admin or SuperUser on your team.
- All required creatives have been set up in the reference data under Publisher > Media Carrier > Placements > AdFormats.
How it works
- Open the campaign plan and select an existing or new plan item.
- In the plan item form, go to the Placement and Ad Formats tab.
- Click + creative combination.
- Fill in the form:
- Type – Choose from the combination types defined in the reference data.
- Name (optional) – Free text label. If left blank, the type label will be used as the name.
- creatives – Click the field → select the individual ad formats from the dropdown.
Note: The combination is stored directly in the plan item and can be edited or removed if needed.
Result
The combination will be shown as a single unit – in the plan, in proposals, and in reporting.
