Have you forgotten your password for Mercury and need to set a new one to regain access? Follow these steps to sign in to Mercury again:

  1. Open the Mercury URL in your browser:
    Visit the specific website of the Mercury tenant you were invited to.

  2. Click on "Forgot your password?":
    This option can be found right below the login form. Click on it to proceed.

  3. Provide your email address:
    Enter the email address to which the invitation was sent.

  4. Click on "Send instructions":
    You will receive an email with further instructions.

  5. Click on the "Change password" link:
    Open the password reset link provided in the email.

  6. Create a new password:
    Choose a secure password and confirm it.

  7. Save your changes (Click on "Save"):
    Your Mercury access has been successfully set up, and you will be automatically redirected to the homepage.
