The Inventory Labels are a flexible tool in Inventory Management that you can use for the individual classification and filtering of your data.

Purpose and Benefit of Labels

Labels allow you to create an additional, individual organizational level that goes beyond the standard structure:

  • Classification: You can assign specific Labels to Inventory Items, Proposal Templates, Proposals, and Buy Items (e.g., "Buying Type," "Premium Inventory," "Consultant").
  • Filtering: Labels can subsequently be used to individually customize list views and filter specifically for relevant Items.
  • Global Permission: Only users with the global right Inventory Management (Labels Manager) or Inventory Management (Admin) are authorized to create and manage these Labels.

Management and History

The creation and management of Labels take place in the corresponding menu. The logic for deletion and restoration corresponds to the familiar Softdelete that you already know from the other components.

Labels are created centrally for the entire Inventory Management. This means they are independent of Company or Pool and can be used everywhere.
