In the Technical Components menu, you can centrally manage, delete, and control the availability of components. The logic for deletion and restoration corresponds to the familiar Softdelete used in the other menus.
Deletion and Restoration (Softdelete)
You have two ways to remove a component from active use:
- Deletion via Icon: Click the Trash Can Symbol to delete the component (Softdelete). It is deactivated and hidden.
- Restoration: To restore deleted components, activate the toggle Show Deleted Components. Then click the two circular arrows symbol next to the respective component.
Control via Expiration Dates (Flight Dates)
Components can be provided with Conditions that define their duration and thus control automatic deactivation:
- Automatic Deactivation: If the defined Condition (e.g., the usage duration) expires, the component is automatically no longer available and is hidden from the standard overview.
- Show Expired Components: To see these components, you must activate the separate toggle Show Expired Components in the overview.
Management Tip for Clarity
To ensure clarity in the Technical Components menu, components that are no longer relevant—deleted and expired components—are hidden by default.
