After your Accounting System Export has been processed successfully, you can download the final file – which contains either the exported booking data or the error details – directly from Mercury.
This file is the single response from your Accounting System to Mercury and therefore always serves as the logfile for the export process.
Downloading the Export File
You can find the file in the Accounting tab of your campaign, which you access via the horizontal header area of your plan:
- Navigate to the Tab:
Select the campaign and the Accounting tab to view the export overview.
- Locate the Export:
Identify the desired export process using the Export ID and the timestamp.
- Start the Download:
You will find the download option directly in the line of the completed export. Click it to download the CSV file.
Important Note:The downloaded file can contain two types of information:
- Success (Status GENERATED/COMPLETED): The file contains the successful booking data.
- Error (Status FAILURE): The file contains a list of error messages and thus serves as a detailed logfile for support.
In case of a FAILURE status, always check if a file is available and forward it to support.
