The Inventory Management is divided into seven sections:
- Pools: Create pools to
- structure inventory,
- assign access rights,
- define fixed attributes,
- and assign companies.
- Inventories: Here you find an overview of all inventory items, for example:
- Items negotiated with publishers (incl. buying conditions)
- bookable platform and publisher options
- Proposal Templates: Here you create the items you want to offer to clients.
- They include all sales conditions, but don’t need to be aligned with a specific briefing yet.
- They serve as a template to simplify and speed up proposal creation.
- Proposal templates can be created directly or from inventory items:
- Direct: without any link to a buying placement (yet)
- From inventory items: All information from the inventory item is taken over and can be adjusted for sales conditions (e.g., price, discounts)
- Proposals: Overview of all proposals generated from templates. Here you see which proposals are linked to a specific campaign.
- Proposals only become available in the campaign once you actively offer them.
- The proposal detail view gives further information, e.g., related buying items.
- Typical proposal types:
- Transparent proposals (1:1): No difference between buying and selling — one-to-one mapping
- Proposals (1:1) with margin: Buying and selling conditions differ (incl. margin)
- Non-transparent proposals (1:N): Behind one sales proposal there can be several different buying placements
- Buying Items: All buying placements at a glance. Here you can:
- view and plan your internal buying media plan (incl. technical components)
- release and book items as needed
- import and enter realized data to monitor and report ongoing activities
- and use them for invoicing (feature coming soon)
- Technical Components: Creation and management of technical components that you can assign to your buying items (e.g., AdServing, DSP fees, etc.).
- Labels: Creation and management of individual labels used in inventory management for classification and filtering.
