Campaign data becomes available in the Reporting Center and via the Bridge (DWH) in the PIM database only after the related scenario has been activated.

When is a scenario activated?

A scenario is activated automatically as soon as at least one plan item has been internally approved. Alternatively, it can be activated manually by clicking the “Activate scenario” button next to the scenario name.

Note: Even if no plan items have been approved, campaign data can still be displayed in dashboards and reports if the scenario is activated manually.

Important: Deactivation is not possible

Once a scenario has been activated, it cannot be deactivated.
If the data should no longer appear in the Reporting Center or PIM database, the entire campaign must be deleted.
