Below you will find an overview of all currently available “Global roles” in Mercury. Please note that, depending on the setup in which you have licensed Mercury, not all of the rights listed below may be available in your tenant.

| Manage agency proposals | Allows the creation and editing of agency offers. Separate module that can be accessed via the main menu. (Legacy Feature) |
| Manage API users | Allows the management of API users (used by the MMT support) |
| Create campaign placements | Allows the creation of campaign mediums and placements in the offer form of the media plan. Note: All in the campaign created mediums and placements will only be stored and available here. Therefore we recommend only to do and use this right for specific cases but never in general. |
| Manage root categories | Allows the creation and editing of root categories (top category in the system) |
| View companies | Allows companies to be viewed in the reference data |
| Manage companies | Allows the editing of companies in the reference data |
| Create creatives | Allows the creation of creatives (Ad Formats) in the Offer form of the media plan |
| Deduplicate | Allows the user to find duplicates and clean up |
| Create medium | Allows the creation of mediums in the reference data |
| Delete medium | Allows the deletion of mediums in the reference data |
| Edit medium | Allows the editing of mediums in the reference data |
| Manage publishers | Allows the access, creation, editing and deactivation of publishers in the reference data |
| Manage publisher contacts | Allows you to view and edit publisher contacts in the offer form and publisher management |
| Edit reference data | Allows access to the reference data (Admin menu). This also allows access to the submenus: Channels, Placement Types, Ad Format Types, Ad Format Combination Types, External Systems, Control Modules and Fixed Agency Fee Types. |
| Import reference data | Enables the function to import reference data via a CSV upload |

| Inventory Managment (User) | Enables the use of inventory management |
| Inventory Managment (Admin) | Enables the creation of pools and assignment of authorizations |
| Inventory Management (Labels Manager) | Enables the creation and editing of labels in Inventory Management |
| Preview new media plan | Allows you to view the new media plan |
| Use reporting center | Allows the basic use of the Reporting Center. Note: The users then see the content for which they have been granted the right within the scope of the category roles. |
