Once you have loaded an asset into the Asset Library, it never completely disappears from there. Even if you delete an asset, it is actually only deactivated (soft delete). The reason for this is that assets that are already included in an AdSlot are not simply deleted and can lead to errors in the next sync with the AdServer.

To restore a deleted asset in the Asset Library, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Asset Library in the AdSchedule of the campaign from which you want to restore a deleted asset.

  2. Activate the slider at the top right to display the deleted / inactivated assets.
  3. Next, select the asset you want to restore and click the Restore icon.
  4. Mercury will now restore the asset.
