Status email default settings

This article describes how to customize the default settings for sending status emails to publishers in categories.


The default settings for sending status emails can be customized in the “Status email default settings” tab in each category.

These default settings will automatically apply to all status emails sent to publishers listed below the category but can be overwritten in the campaign anytime before the status email is sent.

If you want to select different default settings for a sub-category, default settings inherited from the parent category can be overwritten there.

  1. Go to the relevant category in the category tree.

  2. Click the gear icon to open the category’s details page.

  3. Click “Status email default settings” tab.

  4. Enter the desired values.

  5. Click “Save category”.
