In the Fixed Fees tab, fees are stored that apply to the overall campaign and have a fixed amount. These are independent of volumes (e.g., ad impressions, clicks) or media costs and do not relate to a specific placement in the media plan.
How to access Fixed Fees:
- Open the desired Campaign.
- Ensure you are at the scenario level and not directly in the plan.
- Click on the small triangle icon to the left of the scenario name.
- Select the Edit option.
- You are now in the scenario settings. In the left navigation, click on the Fixed Fee submenu.
How to create a new fixed fee:
- Click on the Fixed Fee button at the top right.
- Assign a name of your choice and then select a Fixed agency type (these types are maintained in the reference data).
- Enter the desired amount and click Save.
How to delete a fixed fee:
- Click the red button with the trash can icon to the right of the fixed fee to delete it.
Where can I find the campaign fixed fee in the media plan?
A fixed fee stored at the scenario level is displayed in the following places:
- In the Budget Monitor directly in Mercury.
- In the Excel export on the Total Costs tab.
Important: The fixed fee is not part of the costs in the media plan table (neither in Mercury nor in Excel). If you want to see the fixed fee directly in the table, you must add it to an existing or new placement via the "Fixed Fee" column.
