A campaign has several tabs, each showing different information and functions:
Planning
Here you can see the tactical media plan:
- All campaign plan lines displayed in a table.
- Detailed overview: what, where, when, and how is purchased.
- Plan lines can be taken from the Catalog or Offers tab.
Catalog
All available, non-campaign-specific offers:
- Offers provided by external publishers or internally available.
- When adding to the planning, details like duration, target group, and other info must be completed.
Offers
Campaign-specific offers:
- Offers created for this campaign or provided via the inventory management module.
- First appear here before being added to the planning.
Accounting
Status and data for billing:
- System export for invoicing or reconciliation with publisher invoices.
- Link between planning, accounting, and billing periods.
Billing Periods
Shows the campaign planning by month:
- See when each placement is live.
- Enter billing-relevant info individually for each month.
- Provides transparency for accounting and can be linked to the accounting system export.
