A campaign has several tabs, each showing different information and functions:

Planning

Here you can see the tactical media plan:

  • All campaign plan lines displayed in a table.
  • Detailed overview: what, where, when, and how is purchased.
  • Plan lines can be taken from the Catalog or Offers tab.

Catalog

All available, non-campaign-specific offers:

  • Offers provided by external publishers or internally available.
  • When adding to the planning, details like duration, target group, and other info must be completed.

Offers

Campaign-specific offers:

  • Offers created for this campaign or provided via the inventory management module.
  • First appear here before being added to the planning.

Accounting

Status and data for billing:

  • System export for invoicing or reconciliation with publisher invoices.
  • Link between planning, accounting, and billing periods.

Billing Periods

Shows the campaign planning by month:

  • See when each placement is live.
  • Enter billing-relevant info individually for each month.
  • Provides transparency for accounting and can be linked to the accounting system export.
