Which Objectives Version is exported to the PIM Database?

If you have created multiple Versions in your Project, you might wonder which one is used for downstream systems like the PIM database.

The general rule in Mercury is: Only the currently approved version of the scenario is always exported to the PIM database.

What this means for you:

• Ensure that the version you want to export has the status "Approved" (or "Released").
• All other versions will be ignored and not transferred to the database.

This way, we ensure that only the approved data arrives in the PIM database and is available for further processing.
