The Buy Items menu serves as the central control and overview instance for your internal Buying Media Plan. All processes for release, booking, and monitoring are handled here.

Control and Management of Buy Items

The main functions in the Buy Items menu enable the operational handling of the buying side:

  • Release and Booking: Using the functions in this view, you can release the Buy Items and initiate the final booking (e.g., creating an Insertion Order).
  • Data Monitoring: The view supports the import via Adserver Placement ID and the monitoring of realized data. It offers specific metrics for measuring the success of your buying conditions.
  • Billing (Feature in development): In the future, this area will also cover billing and associated data management.

Management and History

The management of individual Buy Items is done, as in all other menus, via the Actions column:

  • Edit: Metrics can be adjusted directly via double-click or through the Paper-with-Pencil Iconin the detail form.
    Beachte hierbei die Unmodifiable Attributes, which were set on the underlying Inventory Item and can restrict editing here.
  • Delete: Items can be deactivated via Softdelete using the Trash Can Icon and restored if necessary.
  • View Logfile: The List Symbol opens the Logfile menu to track who made what changes to the Buy Item and when.
