The Proposal Templates are the central starting point for working in Inventory Management. They serve to accelerate and simplify the Proposal creation process.
Purpose and Benefit of Proposal Templates
Proposal Templates allow you to respond quickly and efficiently to new requests:
- Central Starting Point: When you receive a briefing for a campaign, you start in the Proposal Templates menu to create a new Proposal.
- Efficiency Increase: Since the templates already contain a large part of the relevant information, you only need to add the request-specific characteristics (briefing) in the subsequent process.
- Basis for Proposals: Every Proposal Template forms the foundation for a specific Proposal, which is then offered to a customer – more precisely, a Campaign, Category, or Company.
Where can I find the Proposal Templates?
After you have opened Inventory Management via the main menu, you automatically land in the Proposal Templates area, as this is the primary starting area of the module. The initial setups (Inventories, Technical Components, Pools, Labels) are generally adjusted less often than the daily work with templates, Proposals, and Buy Items.
