The table of Inventory Items in the Inventory submenu uses Mercury's Pagination Feature. This keeps loading times short and maintains a clear overview. It is important to understand the different search and navigation functions to quickly find all Items.

Navigation and Pagination

  • Division: The list of Inventory Items is divided into different pages instead of being loaded into a single large table.
  • Page Switching: At the bottom of the table, you can see which page you are on and how many rows you want to display per page. Use the pagination function to switch between pages.

Effectively Using the Search Functions

There are two different search functions that differ in their scope:

  • Global Search (Above the Table): Use the search bar above the table ("Filter Inventories"). This search works across all pages and finds your desired Item, regardless of which page it is on.
  • Table-Internal Search (In the Columns): The search fields that you can access via the column headers in the table always search only within the currently loaded page (the visible rows).

Tip: If you want to ensure that you find all Inventory Items, always use the global search bar above the table.
