In the Inventory submenu, you will find a table with all created Inventory Items. You have several options for editing and managing these Items, either directly in the table or via the Actions column.
Editing Inventory Items
You can edit data in two ways:
- Directly in the Table: In columns where cells display a small Pencil Icon, you can directly adjust the value by double-clicking the cell.
- In the Form: Click the Paper-with-Pencil Icon in the Actions column. You will return to the Inventory Line Form to adjust all information (e.g., Marketer, Ad Carrier, Discounts).
Deleting and Restoring Inventory Items (Softdelete)
Items are deleted as a Softdelete. The Item is only deactivated and is no longer available for further use, but remains in the database:
- Delete: Click the Trash Can Icon in the Actions column.
- Show Deleted Items: Activate the Show Deleted Inventories toggle next to the table to make the deactivated Items visible.
- Restore: For deleted Items, you will see two circular arrows instead of the Trash Can Icon. Click this Icon to restore and reactivate the Inventory Item.
Special Actions in the Actions Column
The Actions column offers Item-specific functions:
- Create Proposal Template: Click the Plus-in-a-Circle Icon to generate a Proposal Template based on the Inventory Item. The template includes all Item content and can be adapted for specific Proposals.

- Enter Availabilities: Click the Calendar Icon. Here you can define flight dates and volumes as Events (specific day/series) or daily availabilities.

- View Logfile: The List Symbol on the far right opens the Logfile menu. Here you can track who made what changes to the Inventory Item and when.
