As an agency, I want to plan and visualize an annual strategy for my client.


For this purpose, I store the client’s basic data (such as products, duration, target group, budget) in a central project.


Based on this, I create a detailed strategy that includes different channels, media mixes, and funnel stages (from awareness to performance).


I represent the strategy in a visual flowchart, where I also define the respective runtimes and relevant KPIs (such as budget, CPMs, impressions, click-through rates, etc.).


I can create campaigns directly in the corresponding places within the flowchart and provide them with specific goals, briefings, and file attachments. This way, the information is immediately available to the respective planning teams within their campaigns.


To facilitate coordination processes, I create and manage different drafts. This allows me to align planning internally or with the client and obtain approvals.


The approved project ultimately combines all planned media channels and activities of the year into a holistic overview.
