To handle your media planning and billing correctly, you can store new Publishers centrally in the reference data.
Important beforehand: You can only edit this area if you have the appropriate user rights. If the menu item Reference Data is not visible to you, please contact your Superuser or Support.
How to proceed:
- Open the Menu (hamburger icon) in the top right and select Reference Data.
- The view automatically starts in the Publisher section (see left column).
- Click the + Publisher button in the top right.
- A form for the master data (e.g., Name, Publisher Group) opens. Fill in the corresponding fields.
- Finally, click Create Publisher at the bottom.
Tip: Pay attention to the info bubbles (information) to the left of the input fields. They explain exactly what needs to be entered. The red dots to the left of the field description mark the mandatory fields.
After saving, the new Publisher appears immediately in the overview list.
