How do I modify a fixed fee that has been saved at campaign level?

To change a fixed fee that has been stored on the campaign (respectively the scenario), you must delete the existing one (see How do I delete a fixed fee stored in a campaign?) and then create a new one (see How do I enter a fixed fee for a campaign?).
