How do I delete a volume-based fee?

Navigate to a campaign and to a plan item for which you want to delete the volume-based fee.
Open the inspector panel by double-clicking on one of the columns containing information on fees, e.g. total fee or volume-based fee. You may need to show the column first.
Click on the button with the recycle bin symbol next to the volume-based fee you want to delete in order to delete it directly.
