Sending emails to all users

This article describes how to schedule and send emails to every user in the system.


Introduction

With Mercury Media you can send emails to all users in the system. You can use this feature to inform users about upcoming changes or scheduled downtimes, for example.

This feature is only available to authorized users.


Instructions

Scheduling emails

  1. Click “User emails” in the control menu in the upper navigation bar.
  2. Click “New user email”.
  3. Set the planned send date.
  4. Enter a subject.
  5. Enter email content.
  6. Click “Create user email”.
  7. The email will automatically be sent to all users on the scheduled date.

Canceling a scheduled email

  1. Click “User emails” in the control menu in the upper navigation bar.
  2. Click the trash bin icon next to the email you want to delete.

The email will not be sent.
